aspx?JobPostingID=2d822c1b-e59d-446f-8a43-472ea76df649 Position Summary FarmaceuticalRX (FRX) is the premier organic grower and producer of medical marijuana and is seeking highly qualified individuals who have strong driving and security skills for challenging positions as a security transportation team member.
Selected candidates are responsible for transporting high-value medical marijuana products to dispensaries throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a significant level of responsibility.
Team members are ambassadors of FRX brand products and are responsible for creating positive customer interactions.
As a Security Transportation member at FRX, you'll partner with another team member in the safe delivery of Medical Marijuana.
You'll work to ensure every stop runs with precision and professionalism.

Job Duties/Essential Functions Maintains FarmaceuticalRx stability and reputation by enforcing and complying with company policies, operating standards, and legal compliance requirements.
Actively supports and upholds the Company's stated vision, mission, and values.
Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule and be available to work 6 days a week, if needed.
Responsible for the safe operation, usage, and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
Reports any problems identified in the vehicle and ensures all licenses and documents relating to the vehicle are renewed on time and as required.
Arranges regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle.
Ensures all duties as the driver or courier of the assigned vehicle are performed in adherence with local traffic laws and FRX Policies.
Reconcile customer manifests and receipts of all transactions to ensure activities comply with FRX Policies and Pennsylvania's Department of Health Rules and Regulations.
Communicates with staff and dispensaries regarding fulfillment or security related matters.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Remain alert and always prepared, not only protecting the crew or product against attack, but also watching for accidents that could result in a loss.
Maintain vigilance with courier personnel to ensure safe and successful transactions.
Supports program implementation through the implementation of safety approaches, procedures and protocols delineated by FRX regarding travel, safety, and security.
Reports and advises on any risks and/or incidents that may impact FRX in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania relating to travel, safety, and security.
Individuals must be willing to operate vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions.
Other duties as may be assigned by the Security Logistics Coordinator or Director of Security and Safety.
Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their Medical Marijuana transportation needs.
Qualifications:
Ability to make good judgment on staff safety and provide appropriate advice.
General familiarity with travel and security issues throughout Commonwealth of PA, is desired.
Must possess a high standard of driving competence and ability.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
Ability to adjust to shifting travel and security circumstances and facilitate operations accordingly.
Have an energetic, upbeat, friendly, welcoming, polite, and organized professional demeanor.
Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications Required:
Minimum of a high school education or equivalent College degree, preferred Experience in security or law enforcement, preferred Must currently have and be able to maintain an active driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
2 years' experience driving a company vehicle, preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
A high level of professionalism focusing on internal and external guest service.
Excellent communication both verbally and nonverbally.
Ability to manage high stress faced paced situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
Conduct oneself professionally and with good common sense.
A successful candidate will need to be 18 years of age and in compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Must complete a State/Federal criminal background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting.
In addition, candidate must successfully complete all credentialing licensing requirements for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Health.
Must be current on annual safety training within 30 days of hire.
If hired, you will be required to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Ability to constantly sit, stand, and kneel for periods in stationary position, or frequently move about the inside and outside of the vehicle, as needed.
Ability to adjust to shifting travel and security circumstances and facilitate operations accordingly.
Ability to lift, load or- unload, move, position, and transport items up to 50 pounds.
Recognition of possible exposure to kief, to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.
Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, Security Officer recognizes there is still exposure to some degree.
Willingness to work flexible days/times extended hours when required to, and to be flexible with schedule and availability, travel, when necessary, fulfill company growth requirements, sometimes with little notice.
