Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic files in an organized manner - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all files - Assist with file revisions and claims processes - Provide support to office staff by performing clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness for upload - Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to file management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with files in an office or medical office setting is preferred - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience as a dental receptionist, clerk, or personal assistant is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
