75 an hour Education Supervisor who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education would be supervising assigned classroom Teachers and Classroom Assistants.
Would complete two (2) performance appraisals annually and probationary appraisals on new staff.
Complete monthly observations in the classroom.
Provide the Education Manager with observation reports in a timely manner.
Share concerns as they arise to appropriate service area manager.
Track all required paperwork for assigned classrooms.
Distribute to proper manager/office staff in a timely manner.
Attend and actively participate in all required administrative meetings.
Attend staff cluster training.
Assist with planning, scheduling and implementation as requested by immediate supervisor.
Assist with revisions to work plans, policies and procedures as requested by supervisor.
